Today, there was a Public Notice in the Straits Times Life!(Page C3) to "discourage" people from viewing the free previews on
FX TV Asia by the
Department of Appropriate Behavior.
I didn't know there is such a
Department of Appropriate Behavior in Singapore and I think that it was a hoax.

Isn't it a stupid idea to make such a public notice by the Department of Appropriate Behavior? It's an ad to tell all Straits Times readers that there is this new StarHub TV Channel 87 -
FXTV Asia. The full-page public notice would definite attract more people to find out what's so detrimental about these FX programmes such as the
Californication,
Mad Men,
The Riches and etc.
If Starhub is behind this hoax, I think it should be fined for misleading the public!
