Has anyone else been members of their $31.99 plan? I signed up about 2 months ago. Initially the turnaround was extremely fast. So if I post before 5 pm one day, they'd receive and send out the new DVD the next day and I would receive the day after.

In the last few weeks, I've been noticing that they no longer seem to receive the DVDs the day after I post them back. So turnaround is delayed by one extra day. The replacement DVD still arrives the day after they post.

Basically, I don't think it's a post office fault here. I kinda suspect they are keeping the returned DVDs for a day before processing them, thus limiting the number any one person can borrow in one month. In fact, with this delay, I only get 3 DVDs a week now. No where near the "unlimited" they are advertising.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem with videoezy.com.sg?

after tried out their free trial for 14 days, and it convinced me to subscribe @ $41.30/mth and have decided to carry on (if there is no other better deal than videohub). in my case, they always dispatch on the very same day upon recieving my discs.

following points have convinced me the most:
> damn huge selections (from movies to tv series, it's a breeze while browsing)
> blu-ray available (whereby others still don't catching up this train)
> rent as you like (i mean from vcd to dvd to blu-ray, just pick as you like. very flexible)

so far, videohub is the best i've came across. please do your posting if anyone out there have a better deal to drive me there.
