Rice (wine) vinegar

Postby thenotebook on 7 Sep 2009 4:19pm

Can anyone tell me how to identify Rice vinegar as opposed to regular distilled vinegar? Maybe someone can give me the Thai spelling for rice vinegar or a transliteration so I know I'm getting the right stuff. I know "Golden Mountain" makes one but I can't find an an image big enough to read, or see, the label

Thank you a lot for providing individuals with such a superb opportunity to check tips from here. It's always very great plus packed with a lot of fun for me personally and my office mates to search the blog really 3 times in a week to find out the new guides you will have. And of course, I am always fascinated with the eye-popping strategies served by you. Some two tips in this posting are ultimately the most impressive I have ever had. gbg leads

I've been surfing online more than three hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It’s pretty worth enough for me. Personally, if all webmasters and bloggers made good content as you did, the web will be much more useful than ever before. gbg

I'm not so good on giving advice especially I don't know what is rice wine is but I suggest that when buying it ask the sales lady or the supermarket attendant to pick it for you.

Rice vinegar, on the other hand, is a popular condiment used in the eastern and southeast Asian cuisines. It is usually white or light yellow in colour, but there are also red and black varieties of rice vinegar.
