Opinion:
I bought this phone a couple of days back from M1 in Singapore. Looks very good but unfortunately didn't performed well. From a normal user perspective, I face following problem :-
1. Can't send the contacts over bluetooth. Need to transfer through SIM which is very painful.
2. Bluetooth is very bad. Infect it didn't worked at all and M1 replaced my set. Infect New set is also having bluetooth issue. Not able to pair with old 8820. No solution till now.
3. Even if bluetooth worked, I couldn't find an option to receive multiple files. There might be some setting hide inside layers of various setting..!!
4. Camera is below average but I knew this before buying, its only 2MP
5. Ease of use is not up to the mark, sometimes I felt that I have to switch over between various menu for a single functionality.
6. Device memory goes down and you have to switch-off and reset the device (may be memory leaks but I will check the official statement on this)

Good points :-
1. Reliable, I am lucky in this. I didn't faced issue related to restart, call drop etc.
2. Battery gives 3 days back-up without bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
3. Clear call quality.

Opinion:
Being a long time user of the latest Blackberries, this is the ONLY real bad machine. I know dozens of people that have returned the phone. Battery life is miserable .Disconnects itself without any reason, restarts by itself. Browser is no improvement either and Wi-Fi will suck and drain your batteries in 1 hour.
