Ubud is Bali’s cultural heart. There are lot places to visit there such as art galleries, Balinese dancing, museums, etc.
Also there are deep scenic forests with gushing rivers below. You can easily find Yoga teachers.
In the centre of the island, Gunung Agung, is the eight century Mother Temple, Pura Besakih. You can choose to climb the summit if you are fit enough. But it reach the summit for the sunshine you have to climb in mid night.
If you’re staying at Sanda, you can visit Blemantung Waterfall through farmland and coffee and vanilla plantations, or drive out to Medewi on the west coast.
