I would advice parents to make time to exercise with their children. The are a multitude of benefits but I'll just list some here:

    Parents get exercise
    Parents bond with children
    Children get exercise
    Children develop the habit of exercise
    Children watch less TV and play less computer/video games
    Parents can impart skills/technique that they may have
    Teaching children to swim increase their water safety

Thanks for the advice. Most of the adults leave the habit of exercising once they have kids or they will just have a separate friends circle and start having their fun life with them. But it is good if they exercise with their kids. They can always make sure about their kids' safety. Kids would be encouraged when their parents move around with them while they do it.

It is good for the parents who don't worry about their body shape. It will bring them back their youth as well as physical attraction between partners. ;)
